The Decennial Civil Liability guarantees exclusively :

Repair costs compensation of material damage to the works resulting from the structural work or a defect of ground, which compromise the stability or the solidity of the work.
Repair costs compensation resulting from the obvious threat of collapse of the structural work, it is particularly the damage resulting from structural defect, construction fault and defect of the ground
It also covers all damages that affect the solidity of equipment that is inseparable from the building.
Demolition and clearing costs resulting from the above-mentioned claims.
Legal costs incurred, in the event of a guaranteed loss, in the context of the defense of common interests before the civil and even criminal courts, with regard to civil interests only.

Guarantees Extensions

Sealing: covers damage to the seal coating (guarantee subject to a waiting period), the following figure describes the subscription protocol.
Damages caused to third parties: the Civil Liability within the meaning of Article 124 of the Civil Code.
Damages to existing structures: this is the damage resulting from a guaranteed claim and which results in damage to existing property belonging to the contractor.

You are a builder and as such are presumed to be responsible for ensuring public safety for the decade following the date of Acceptance of Works (The Acceptance of Works is the date on which the client signals acceptance of the completed work), SAA covers :

The collapse or danger of collapse.
Demolition charges, clearing and transport following a loss covered by the policy.
Civil liability for third parties after the damage caused by a loss covered by policy.
The waterproofing of terraces and roofs for a maximum period of 3 years (waiting period of one year from the date of Acceptance of Works.
